Number one we would like to apologize for the time we didn't update anything it was a time when we were gathering info and cassettes as well as other proof including witnesses
it has come to a unbelievable crazy fact that we are dealing with even more sick people than we thought (marvin schwartz, moshe raice, s.b.tress, kokis, ribiat etc) we tried to give it some time and also begged some rabbis that know about the facts behind the scenes permission to let out the info and proof and they begged for a bit more time since they are worried for the chilul hashem
after all we try to do the right thing no matter of it is a political loosing strategy so we gave the time and are granting a very short extension to their wish
we will however state very firmly that what has been going on with this Marvin Schwartz and the sick things he was involved in physically and supporting must come to a end or we will have no choice but to bring him to the legal system and have him put away for his sick deeds let alone have him loose his practicing rights of law in the NY NJ areas !

Marvin Schwartz and Tress
The connection between Marvin Schwartz and Tress is a open book already since many in the monsey community as well as other frum jews already fell into their scam.
It works as follows Shmuel Boruch Tress recommends Mr Schwartz as a layer and/or the one to handle your filing for a co op in the attorney generals office
after that Mr Schwartz basically rips you off and charges more than anyone else for his legal fees and than he literally RAPES you for whatever money he can usually about 10,000 dollars which he makes above everyone Else's prices and part of that is S B Tress's commission .
Lately is is told that Tress is helping people with short sales as his new line of business while he has already had a few peoples money ripped off by his friends and stealing your home that you think after a short sale you will be allowed to live there but its gone before you know it
i know its a bit not clear but look into it for yourself and you will see wonders of their crooked ways of doing what they call business and what is called in the Hebrew language as GINEIVAH or in English STEALING
stop these con artists before you all fall into deep debts

Whats the shiduch of Marvin Schwartz and Kokis
It seems that there is a very secretive connection between Marvin Schwartz and Kokis that we have uncovered after a great deal of effort and money put into the investigation and it turns out that except for being a member and congregant of Kokis it turns out that Marvin Schwartz is also a secret friend of his with very not pure connections.
All this was uncovered with a lead that we got from a few friends of Schwartz's last child to get married just a few years ago in ateres charna hall right outside of New Square where it turns out there were a few friends participating in the wedding and at the same time trying to stay away from where Schwartz was taking mazel tov from different ladies by the ezras nashim near the head table .
They were panicking every time he neared the area. finally we uncovered the reason.
They were being abused and touched in 2 of the cases he literally fondled with their private parts (sorry for the details) when they were at his home either for shabbos or as a friend of his daughter on a week night whenever the daughter either went to the bathroom or was out of the room and he was in the area he used to go near either swipe them or touch or fondle with his finger placed against his lips right before and after as to show QUIET ! it was their secret that they carry for years and are afraid of men !
What does this have to do with Kokis
SHOCKING
Kokis was approached by one of the girls crying painfully how she cant get married since she gets shivers and nightmares regarding men since those incidents and as a rav of the kehila in park avenue she begged him for help!
What did Kokis do?
He went to Schwartz and before being able to attack he was asked nicely by Schwartz if he thinks that as a congregant he is allowed to be quiet to someone that has been involved in stories of bochurim being fondled with by a mashgiach !
With that Kokis understood he is in hot water !
After that they agreed on a mutual agreement that both be quiet about each others problems and push the issues under the rug!
This took allot of effort and investigation to uncover and from here we do send a WARNING if Kokis or Schwartz try to do anything to take revenge from any of those girls we will have you both prosecuted and we do have evidence and witnesses of your meetings. yes you were being watched and it took allot of money to get the witnesses to talk so we do not need any of them or the pure girls that were hurt so badly by Schwartz any more suffering!

Rabbi Sholom Kaminetsky
As it appears there have been investigations into the so called sex scandal of Rabbi Tropper and one of the investigators seems to be Rabbi S Kaminetsky it is not yet known if it was on his fathers behalf or his own but one thing is clear that the talmidim of Rabbi Tropper have been coming forward complaining of very hurtful questions about their rosh yeshiva it seems there is some planted so called bochurim or others that claim to have been abused by him. The talmidim claim not only to not know anything about it but also to have been pursued and others pushing them to lie and claim false claims against rabbi tropper and in return either money or personal interests will be filled ! we thank Rabbi S Kaminetsky for his behind the seen support even though we know it was not easy for him especially since Rabbi Troppers name was involved in the Slifkin Ban !
